Alabama High School Volleyball - Lanier Isabella
August 20, 2011: Maplesville, AL 36750 The Isabella Mustangs topped the visiting Lanier Poets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelby County for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Isabella will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Calera (Calera, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-1.
The Poets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Loveless Academic Magnet Program (Montgomery, AL). The Golden Tigers enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Loveless Academic Magnet Program was knocked off by Montgomery Catholic (Montgomery, AL), 3-1, in a league test.
