Ohio High School Basketball - Miller can't hold off Clay

The Clay Panthers basketball team scored 30 points and held the visiting Miller Falcons to 25 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame for a Southern Ohio I contest on Thursday, January 4. Clay will battle a Titans team coming off a 42-34 non-league win over New Lexington (New Lexington, OH). The Titans record now stands at 6-1.

The Falcons (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Crooksville (Crooksville, OH). The Ceramics enter the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Crooksville was nudged by Lakewood (Hebron, OH), 44-28, in a non-league contest.
