September 25, 2009: San Antonio, TX 78227 In Friday's non-league contest, the St. Pius X Panthers (Houston, TX) volleyball squad were winner over the host Rainbow Hills Baptist Rams (San Antonio, TX), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Panthers face the St. Paul Cardinals (Shiner, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 26. St. Pius X will attempt to better on its 29-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 6-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Allen Academy (Bryan, TX).
With the loss, Rainbow Hills Baptist moves to 1-2 on the year.
