Tennessee High School Football - Spring Hill nips Mt. Pleasant
August 28, 2014: Mt. Pleasant, TN 38474 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Spring Hill Raiders football squad scored a close 36-32 victory over the Mt. Pleasant Tigers.
In their next game, the Raiders clash with the Cascade Champions (Wartrace, TN) in a AA District 12 match, on Friday, September 5. Spring Hill will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Champions enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 35-21 non-league loss to Forrest (Chapel Hill, TN).
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Columbia Academy (Columbia, TN). The Bulldogs enter the A District 11 battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Columbia Academy nudged Huntland (Huntland, TN), 42-21, in a non-league battle.
