January 9, 2023: Council Bluffs, IA 51501 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the East Mills (Malvern, IA) and the host Heartland Christian (Council Bluffs, IA), saw East Mills's basketball squad wallop Heartland Christian by a tally of 65-18.
With the victory, East Mills improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The host Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA) to confront the Knights in a Corner challenge on Friday, January 13. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Fremont-Mills won 82-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA)
Next up, the confront the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats (Cedar Bluffs, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Heartland Christian will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 56-26 league loss to Brownell Talbot (Omaha, NE).
