Illinois High School Basketball - Westmont fells Alcott
December 26, 2023: Westmont, IL 60559 Westmont Sentinels (Westmont, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Alcott Wildcats (Chicago, IL), 68-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westmont upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Sentinels host Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL) to play the in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Chicago Hope Academy won 75-48 in their recent league bout against Rochelle Zell Jewish (Deerfield, IL)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Uplift Titans (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 10. Alcott will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 89-15 league win over Aspira Business and Finance (Chicago, IL).
