In Saturday's league match, the host Norwell Knights basketball team scored a decisive 65-38 triumph over the Columbia City Eagles.

In their next game, the Knights confront the Homestead Spartans (Fort Wayne, IN) in a Northeast Hoosier match, on Thursday, February 9. Norwell will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 17-1 record after their 73-69 league win over New Haven (New Haven, IN).

With the defeat, Columbia City moves to 10-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN) to play the Chargers in a Northeast Hoosier challenge on Thursday, February 9.
