Wisconsin High School Basketball - Suring holds off Marinette
December 3, 2020: Suring, WI 54174 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Suring Eagles (Suring, WI) and the visiting Marinette Marines (Marinette, WI), saw Suring's basketball squad hold off Marinette by a tally of 38-37.
With the victory, Suring improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Coleman (Coleman, WI) to confront the Cougars in a Marinette & Oconto challenge on Friday, December 4. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Coleman won 58-45 in their recent league challenge against Niagara (Niagara, WI)
Next up, the Marines confront the Peshtigo Bulldogs (Peshtigo, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 5. Marinette will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
