California High School Basketball - El Camino nudges East Union
December 28, 2010: Manteca, CA 95336 El Camino Eagles (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the host East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA), 60-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, El Camino upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Modesto (Modesto, CA) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 29. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Modesto won 41-35 in their recent non-league bout against Napa (Napa, CA)
Next up, the Lancers encounter the Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 30. East Union will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 47-38 non-league win over Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA).
