Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Vallejo Red Hawks (Vallejo, CA), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Spartans clash with the El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 5. Pinole Valley will attempt to advance on its 13-5 season record. The Gauchos come into the match with a 1-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hercules (Hercules, CA).
