The Waterford Lancers triumphed over the host Avon Falcons lacrosse team by a score of 12-6 in Wednesday's non-league match.

With the win, Waterford upgrades its record to 15-2 on the season. The Lancers host Notre Dame (West Haven, CT) to play the Green Knights in a non-league match on Friday, May 31. The Green Knights go into the match with a record of 12-8. Notre Dame won 14-6 in their recent league match against Branford (Branford, CT)

With the defeat, Avon drops to 9-8 on the season.
