October 22, 2021: Braintree, MA 02184 The Archbishop Williams Bishops thwarted the visiting Bishop Stang Spartans football team by a count of 42-21 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Archbishop Williams upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Bishops travel to St. Mary's (Lynn, MA) to confront the Spartans in a Catholic Central outing on Friday, October 29. The Spartans go into the outing with a record of 6-1. St. Mary's lost 22-20 in their recent league test against Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA)
With the loss, Bishop Stang drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Spartans host Bishop Fenwick (Peabody, MA) to battle the Crusaders in a Catholic Central test on Friday, October 29. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 6-2. Bishop Fenwick lost 27-15 in their recent league test against Bishop Feehan (Attleboro, MA)
