Winterboro Bulldogs (Alpine, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Talladega County Central Fighting Tigers (Talladega, AL), 36-35 in a non-league bout.

With the triumph, Winterboro moves its record to 23-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Sylacauga (Sylacauga, AL) to face the Aggies in a non-league game on Saturday, January 26. The Aggies enter the game with a record of 19-3. Sylacauga won 56-45 in their recent non-league game against Childersburg (Childersburg, AL)
