March 11, 2023: La Mirada, CA 90638 The La Mirada Matadores volleyball team scored 1 points and limited the visiting Paloma Valley Wildcats to 0 in the Matadores non-league victory on Saturday.
The Matadores now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Amat for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 11.
The Wildcats (4-6) will now prepare for their game against Elsinore (Wildomar, CA). The Tigers enter the game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Elsinore nipped Murrieta Mesa (Murrieta, CA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
