Missouri High School Basketball - Maryville tips Grain Valley
December 19, 2023: Grain Valley, MO 64029 The Maryville Spoofhounds basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Grain Valley Eagles to 45 in the Spoofhounds non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spoofhounds now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Maryville will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-42 non-league win over Douglas County West (Valley, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-0.
The Eagles (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Raymore-Peculiar nudged Metro Academy (Shawnee Mission, KS), 52-42, in a non-league contest.
