Louisiana High School Basketball - Weston overwhelms Kilbourne
December 15, 2016: Kilbourne, LA 71253 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Weston Wolves (Jonesboro, LA) and the host Kilbourne Hawks (Kilbourne, LA), saw Weston's basketball squad wallop Kilbourne by a tally of 54-24.
With the victory, Weston improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA) to confront the Chiefs in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 16. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. West Ouachita lost 73-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Wossman (Monroe, LA)
Next up, the Hawks confront the Harrisonburg Bulldogs (Harrisonburg, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Kilbourne will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 51-25 non-league loss to Monterey (Monterey, LA).
