Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Winchester Community Golden Falcons (Winchester, IN) and the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), saw Winchester Community's basketball squad overcome New Castle by a tally of 70-55.

With the victory, Winchester Community improves its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Golden Falcons host Seton Catholic (Richmond, IN) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 29. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Seton Catholic lost 94-75 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Mt. Vernon Marauders (Fortville, IN) in a Hoosier Heritage challenge, on Wednesday, December 30. New Castle will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
