Virginia High School Basketball - Norfolk Christian nips Great Bridge
December 10, 2022: Norfolk, VA 23505 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Norfolk Christian Ambassadors (Norfolk, VA) and the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), saw Norfolk Christian's basketball squad hold off Great Bridge by a tally of 66-60.
With the victory, Norfolk Christian improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Ambassadors travel to Nandua (Onley, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Nandua lost 77-67 in their recent non-league challenge against Northumberland (Heathsville, VA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) in a challenge, on Thursday, December 15. Great Bridge will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 63-38 non-league win over Maury (Norfolk, VA).
