Maine High School Softball - Mountain Valley bounces Mount View
May 6, 2024: Thorndike, ME 04986 The Mountain Valley Falcons routed the host Mount View Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 10-4 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Falcons (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Madison (Madison, ME). The Bulldogs go into the Class C South battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Madison was routed by Dirigo (Dixfield, ME), 7-3, in a league battle.
The Mustangs now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to St. Dominic for a non-league battle on Wednesday, May 8. Mount View will meet a Saints squad coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Saints record now stands at 6-1.
