Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Palos Verdes Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) and the host Poly Bears (Riverside, CA), saw Palos Verdes Peninsula's basketball squad overcome Poly by a tally of 65-55.

With the victory, Palos Verdes Peninsula improves its record to 5-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Jordan (Long Beach, CA) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Jordan lost 57-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Tesoro (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA)
