California High School Volleyball - St. Francis tips Gilroy
September 8, 2022: Gilroy, CA 95020 St. Francis Sharks (Watsonville, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Gilroy Mustangs (Gilroy, CA), 3-2 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Sharks clash with the Rancho San Juan Trailblazers (Salinas, CA) in a Pacific Coast - Santa Lucia match, on Thursday, September 15. St. Francis will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
With the loss, Gilroy drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mountain View (Mountain View, CA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, September 10. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 1-3. Mountain View won 3-1 in their recent league match against Gunn (Palo Alto, CA)
