Illinois High School Lacrosse - Andrew drops to Wheaton Academy
April 30, 2024: Tinley Park, IL 60477 Wheaton Academy Warriors (West Chicago, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL), 11-2 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 2. Wheaton Academy will clash with a Wolfpack squad coming off a 6-3 league loss to DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Thunderbolts clash with the Lincoln-Way West Warriors (New Lenox, IL) in a battle, on Monday, May 6. Andrew will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 12-0 record after their 10-1 league win over Oak Forest (Oak Forest, IL).
