Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) and the host Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC), saw Apex Friendship's baseball squad knock off Heritage by a count of 12-2.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 18. Apex Friendship will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC).

The Huskies now possess a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millbrook for a battle on Monday, March 18. Heritage will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Jordan (Durham, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-3.
