Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the West Covina Bulldogs (West Covina, CA) and the visiting Bassett Olympians (La Puente, CA), saw West Covina's basketball squad overcome Bassett by a tally of 39-27.

With the victory, West Covina improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Edgewood (West Covina, CA) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Edgewood won 60-20 in their recent non-league challenge against El Monte (El Monte, CA)

Next up, the Olympians confront the Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 14. Bassett will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record.
