Illinois High School Softball - Kenwood loses to Back of the Yards College Prep
April 18, 2023: Chicago, IL 60609 The Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Kenwood Broncos to 3 in the Bobcats league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Back of the Yards College Prep improves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Hubbard (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Greyhounds in a Chicago Prep game on Thursday, April 20. The Greyhounds come into the game with a record of 1-5. Hubbard lost 15-1 in their recent league game against Curie (Chicago, IL)
In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park Hawks (Chicago, IL) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 24. Kenwood will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Hawks come into the game with a 7-3 record after their 17-13 non-league loss to Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL).
