Maryland High School Football - Friends held off by Harford Tech
September 14, 2012: Bel Air, MD 21014 In Friday's non-league game, the Harford Tech Cobras (Bel Air, MD) football team tipped the visiting Friends Quakers (Baltimore, MD), by a score of 21-14.
The Cobras (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Bohemia Manor (Chesapeake City, MD). The Eagles come into the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehanna game with a 2-1 record.
The Quakers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Frederick County HomeSchool for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 21. Friends will meet a Eagles team coming off a 30-7 league loss to Central Virginia HomeSchool (Richmond, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
