December 20, 2021: Colquitt, GA 39837 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Lanier County Bulldogs (Lakeland, GA) and the host Miller County Pirates (Colquitt, GA), saw Lanier County's basketball squad overcome Miller County by a tally of 67-59.
With the victory, Lanier County improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Brookwood (Thomasville, GA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 21. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Brookwood won 68-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Southwest Georgia Academy (Damascus, GA)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Bainbridge Bearcats (Bainbridge, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 21. Miller County will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 53-43 non-league win over Early County (Blakely, GA).
