Desert Heights Prep Yote (Glendale, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Antelope Rams (Wellton, AZ), 65-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Desert Heights Prep upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Yote travel to Bagdad (Bagdad, AZ) to clash with the Sultans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Sultans go into the bout with a record of 1-3.

With the defeat, Antelope moves to 0-1 on the year. The Rams host Dishchii’bikoh (Cibecue, AZ) to face the Wildcats in a non-league game on Wednesday, November 30. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 0-0.
