November 16, 2023: Wells, TX 75976 West Hardin Oilers (Saratoga, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Wells Pirates (Wells, TX), 94-32 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, West Hardin upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Oilers travel to Hudson (Lufkin, TX) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, November 17. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Hudson won 62-41 in their recent non-league bout against Cushing (Cushing, TX)
Next up, the Pirates play the Cushing Bearkats (Cushing, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bearkats come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 46-19 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, TX).
