Iowa High School Volleyball - Norwalk can't hold off Red Oak
October 13, 2012: Red Oak, IA 51566 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Red Oak Tigers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Norwalk Warriors.
The Tigers (24-5) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans come into the Hawkeye Ten battle with a 19-14 record. In their last battle, Lewis Central nudged Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Oskaloosa Indians (Oskaloosa, IA) in a Little Hawkeye battle, on Tuesday, October 16. Norwalk will attempt to advance on its 7-17 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 17-16 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Webster City (Webster City, IA).
