The Sto-Rox Vikings basketball team scored 82 points and restricted the visiting Northgate Flames to 73 in the Vikings league victory on Wednesday.

The Vikings now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Cherry for a WPIAL 2A 2 contest on Friday, February 11. Sto-Rox will battle a Rangers team coming off a 42-38 league win over Carlynton (Carnegie, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 17-3.

The Flames (9-10) will now prepare for their contest against Burgettstown (Burgettstown, PA). The Blue Devils come into the WPIAL 2A 2 contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Burgettstown was defeated by Chartiers-Houston (Houston, PA), 59-38, in a league contest.
