January 18, 2022: Vandalia, OH 45377 Versailles Tigers (Versailles, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Butler Aviators (Vandalia, OH), 50-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Versailles upgrades its record to 14-0 on the season. The Tigers host Coldwater (Coldwater, OH) to play the Cavaliers in a Midwest bout on Friday, January 21. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Aviators play the Greenville Green Wave (Greenville, OH) in a Miami Valley - Miami bout, on Friday, January 21. Butler will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Green Wave go into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 77-40 league loss to Tippecanoe (Tipp City, OH).
