The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Lakeview Centennial Patriots (Garland, TX) and the host Berkner Rams (Richardson, TX), observed Lakeview Centennial's football squad defeat Berkner by a count of 37-6.

The Patriots now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they host North Garland for a 6A Region II District 10 contest on Friday, September 21. Lakeview Centennial will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 48-0 non-league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.

Coming up next, the Rams encounter the Duncanville Panthers (Duncanville, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 contest, on Friday, September 28. Berkner will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
