Ohio High School Lacrosse - Newark tipped by Lincoln
May 4, 2021: Newark, OH 43055 In Tuesday's league test, the visiting Lincoln Golden Lions lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-3 victory over the Newark Wildcats.
The Golden Lions now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westerville South for a Region 3 test on Friday, May 7. Lincoln will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 14-12 non-league loss to Big Walnut (Sunbury, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-7.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, May 6. Newark will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Little Muskies enter the challenge with a 1-13 record after their 15-14 non-league loss to Grove City (Grove City, OH).
