Oregon High School Basketball - Weston-McEwen succumbs to Kennedy
December 29, 2023: Athena, OR 97813 The Kennedy Trojans topped the host Weston-McEwen TigerScots basketball team by a final score of 51-41 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Trojans face the Regis Rams (Stayton, OR) in a 2A Tri-River game, on Wednesday, January 3. Kennedy will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 9-0 record after their 82-54 non-league win over Lowell (Lowell, OR).
The TigerScots (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Union (Union, OR). The Bobcats come into the non-league battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Union dropped by Mannahouse Christian Academy (Eugene, OR), 67-40, in a non-league battle.
