Georgia High School Baseball - Cartersville defeats Johns Creek
April 9, 2021: Cartersville, GA 30120 Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Cartersville Hurricanes (Cartersville, GA) and the visiting Johns Creek Gladiators (Johns Creek, GA), saw Cartersville's baseball squad beat Johns Creek by a margin of 13-6.
Coming up next, the Hurricanes play the Cass Colonels (White, GA) in a AAAAA Region 7 battle, on Tuesday, April 13. Cartersville will attempt to better on its 19-7 season record. The Colonels enter the battle with a 6-16 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Cedartown (Cedartown, GA).
The Gladiators now sport a 6-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a AAAAAA Region 7 battle on Tuesday, April 13. Johns Creek will play a Knights squad coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Ringgold (Ringgold, GA). The Knights record now stands at 6-16.
