Texas High School Basketball - Kerens ripped by Leon
November 21, 2023: Kerens, TX 75144 The Leon Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Kerens Bobcats to 17 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Itasca for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 28. Leon will battle a Wampus Cats team coming off a 75-21 non-league loss to Grandview (Grandview, TX). The Wampus Cats record now stands at 4-5.
The Bobcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Mildred (Corsicana, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record.
