Taft Senators (Cincinnati, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH), 51-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Taft upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Senators travel to Western Hills (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Mustangs in a Cincinnati Metro bout on Friday, January 27. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 9-6.
