With the victory, Leroy improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Bears host Fruitdale (Fruitdale, AL) to confront the Pirates in a 1A Area 1 challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 3-5.
Next up, the Demons confront the Satsuma Gators (Satsuma, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. McIntosh will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Gators come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 50-12 non-league loss to Mary G. Montgomery (Semmes, AL).
