Minnesota High School Football - North sneaks past Sibley
October 15, 2010: Mendota Heights, MN 55118 The North Polars football squad scored 20 points and restricted the host Sibley Warriors to 19 in the Polars league victory on Friday.
The Polars now possess a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edina for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 20. North will face a Hornets squad coming off a 38-21 league loss to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN). The Hornets record now stands at 3-4.
Coming up next, the Warriors face the St. Thomas Academy Cadets (Mendota Heights, MN) in a Classic Suburban battle, on Wednesday, October 20. Sibley will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Cadets enter the battle with a 7-0 record after their 50-21 league win over Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN).
