Kansas High School Basketball - South Central can't hold off Hodgeman County
January 29, 2022: Jetmore, KS 67854 The Hodgeman County Longhorns basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting South Central Timberwolves to 48 in the Longhorns non-league victory on Saturday.
The Longhorns now sport a 14-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Gray for a Southern Plains-Iroquois contest on Tuesday, February 1. Hodgeman County will battle a Rebels team coming off a 63-45 non-league loss to Hodgeman County (Jetmore, KS). The Rebels record now stands at 10-4.
The Timberwolves (11-3) will now prepare for their contest against Kinsley (Kinsley, KS). The Coyotes come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Kinsley was nudged by Medicine Lodge (Medicine Lodge, KS), 60-15, in a non-league contest.
