Virginia High School Softball - Lake Braddock bounces West Potomac
April 27, 2022: Alexandria, VA 22307 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA) and the host West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA), saw Lake Braddock's softball squad achieve victory over West Potomac by a count of 25-12.
The Bruins now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alexandria City for a match on Friday, April 29. Lake Braddock will face a Titans squad coming off a 10-9 league loss to Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Titans record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, West Potomac falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines host West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 3. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 1-1. West Springfield won 11-9 in their recent league match against Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA)
