Ohio High School Basketball - New Bremen fells Ridgemont
January 29, 2022: New Bremen, OH 45869 New Bremen Cardinals (New Bremen, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH), 75-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, New Bremen upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Marion Local (Maria Stein, OH) to play the Flyers in a Midwest bout on Friday, February 4. The Flyers go into the bout with a record of 11-3. Marion Local won 44-29 in their recent non-league bout against Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH)
Next up, the Golden Gophers play the Fort Recovery Indians (Fort Recovery, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 5. Ridgemont will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 72-46 non-league win over Mississinawa Valley (Union City, OH).
