Illinois High School Football - Minooka held off by Plainfield Central
September 17, 2021: Plainfield, IL 60544 Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL), 37-36 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Plainfield Central improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Joliet West (Joliet, IL) to battle the Tigers in a Southwest Prairie - East test on Friday, September 24. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-3. Joliet West lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against West Aurora (Aurora, IL)
With the loss, Minooka drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Oswego (Oswego, IL) to battle the Panthers in a Southwest Prairie - West test on Friday, September 24. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Oswego won 61-20 in their recent non-league test against Romeoville (Romeoville, IL)
