Arizona High School Softball - Sunrise Mountain bounces Kellis
April 19, 2012: Peoria, AZ 85382 Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Kellis Cougars (Glendale, AZ), 8-0 in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now own a 27-1 record. They take the field next when they host Copper Canyon for a II Section II challenge on Tuesday, April 24. Sunrise Mountain will battle a Aztecs squad coming off a 15-2 league loss to Liberty (Peoria, AZ). The Aztecs record now stands at 5-20.
