January 23, 2024: Longview, TX 75603 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers (Longview, TX) and the visiting Christian Heritage Sentinels (Longview, TX), saw East Texas Homeschool Sports's basketball squad hold off Christian Heritage by a count of 40-36.
With the victory, East Texas Homeschool Sports upgrades its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Chargers host Marshall Christian Academy (Marshall, TX) to play the Guardians in a Freelance challenge on Monday, February 5. The Guardians come into the challenge with a record of 7-10.
Next up, the Sentinels play the St. Mary's (Longview, TX) in a TAPPS 1A District 4 challenge, on Friday, January 26. Christian Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record.
