The Sacred Heart Academy Sharks basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Amherst Central Tigers to 47 in the Sharks non-league victory on Thursday.

The Sharks now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Aurora for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 14. Sacred Heart Academy will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-1.

The Tigers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Williamsville North (Williamsville, NY). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
