Ohio High School Soccer - Liberty Union knocks off Whitehall-Yearling
September 25, 2021: Baltimore, OH 43105 Liberty Union Lions (Baltimore, OH) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Whitehall-Yearling Rams (Whitehall, OH), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions face the Logan Elm Braves (Circleville, OH) in a Mid-State - Buckeye challenge, on Wednesday, September 29. Liberty Union will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Athens (The Plains, OH).
The Rams now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Grandview Heights for a Mid-State - Ohio challenge on Monday, September 27. Whitehall-Yearling will face a Bobcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Unioto (Chillicothe, OH). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-1.
