East Knox Bulldogs (Howard, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Cardington-Lincoln Pirates (Cardington, OH), 38-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, East Knox upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mt. Gilead (Mt. Gilead, OH) to play the Indians in a Knox Morrow bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 13-5. Mt. Gilead won 55-32 in their recent league bout against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH)

Next up, the Pirates play the Centerburg Trojans (Centerburg, OH) in a Knox Morrow bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Cardington-Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record.
