Washington High School Basketball - Lewis & Clark tops Mead
January 14, 2020: Spokane, WA 99218 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lewis & Clark Tigers (Spokane, WA) and the host Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA), saw Lewis & Clark's basketball squad knock off Mead by a tally of 64-53.
With the victory, Lewis & Clark improves its record to 2-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Ferris (Spokane, WA) to play the Saxons in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge on Thursday, January 16. The Saxons come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Ferris lost 50-36 in their recent league challenge against Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA)
In their next game, the Panthers face the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) in a 3A/4A Greater Spokane game, on Friday, January 17. Mead will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 11-2 record after their 86-35 league win over Rogers (Spokane, WA).
